Does it work with Vagaro, Fresha or Mindbody?+
It texts guests your booking link so they can book themselves, and sends anything else to your front desk to confirm. It does not write into your booking system directly yet.
Can it quote prices?+
Only if you want it to, and only from your real menu. Otherwise it texts your booking page.
Do I keep my phone number?+
Yes. Your team still answers first. Only the calls you miss, or calls after hours, forward to the receptionist. It is a setting with your phone provider and takes a few minutes.
Will callers know it's AI?+
It sounds like a calm, quick front desk. If someone asks directly, it says it is your virtual receptionist and keeps helping.
What languages does it speak?+
English, Punjabi, Hindi, Mandarin, Cantonese, Tagalog, French and Spanish. It switches mid-call when the caller does.
Are calls recorded?+
Yes, and the greeting says so. You can read every transcript in your portal.
How long does setup take?+
About 15 minutes: you tell it your hours and services, we give it its own number, and you forward your missed calls with one code on your cell. Landlines are usually live the same day.
