Quarry, a sole proprietorship registered in British Columbia (“Quarry”, “we”, “us”), operates the construction lead-generation service at quarryleads.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices. It covers two groups: our clients (contractors who hire us) and the prospectswe contact on a client’s behalf.
Information we collect
From clients, when you book a call or sign up:
- Contact and business details — name, company, email, phone, service area.
- Billing information, processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store card numbers.
- The voice, brand, and outreach preferences you give us to run campaigns in your name.
For outreach, we compile business-contact information about prospective customers (general contractors and builders) from publicly available sources to reach them on a client’s behalf.
How we use it
- To operate the service — run email and AI-call outreach, deliver replies and booked meetings, and report results.
- To bill you and provide support.
- To improve deliverability, targeting, and campaign performance.
- To comply with legal obligations, including Canada’s anti-spam law (CASL).
Sharing & service providers
We do not sell personal information. We share data with vendors who help us run the service — including email-sending infrastructure, AI voice-calling providers, payment processing (Stripe), and cloud hosting — only as needed to deliver it. These providers are bound to protect the data.
Outreach & consent
Outreach is business-to-business. Every message identifies the client, states why the prospect is being contacted, and includes a way to opt out. We honour unsubscribe and do-not-contact requests promptly and maintain suppression lists.
Retention
We keep client data for as long as your account is active and as required for legal, tax, and accounting purposes. Prospect data is retained only as long as needed for active outreach and record-keeping, then removed.
Your rights
Under PIPEDA and applicable law you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may opt out of outreach at any time. Contact us using the details below.
