Case study · A demolition contractor in Alberta
~$90,000 in quoted work from cold email. $54,310 won so far.
A small demolition company that won its work by word of mouth and had never done outbound. We built a lead machine for it: find the builders, developers and property managers who hire demolition, email them from the owner's own inbox with two follow-ups, and hand every reply to the owner to quote.
The funnel
June 12 to September 21, 2026
| Month | New companies emailed | Replied | Reply rate | Work booked |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| June | 194 | 39 | 20.1% | $28,000 |
| July | 238 | 35 | 14.7% | $26,310 |
| August | 149 | 14 | 9.4% | — |
| September (to the 21st) | 16 | 0 | — | — |
Reply rate is companies that replied divided by companies first emailed that month. Work booked is quotes won, by the date logged. It excludes a job the owner found himself and small add-ons. Quoted work is from the owner's records and includes quotes still waiting on a decision.
What we learned: the first list is the best list. Reply rates fell from 20% to 9% as the market got worked through. A machine like this needs fresh lists every month (new permits, new areas, new trades), not just more follow-ups.

A two-location Thai massage studio in Vancouver. Front Desk and Google Maps work started in October 2026. We publish its before-and-after numbers here once there are 90 days of results.
Front Desk is new, so the best proof today is the receptionist itself. Call a demo line and judge it yourself.
